First it was peace in our land

He has no land to call his own, apparently

Then they decided, he needs a government

A government that can take instructions  

They decided he is a capitalist, even without capital

They decided he will dance to the judiciary

A judiciary of foreign laws 

They decided he will hum to parliament tune

Where someone will sit and talk on his behalf 

They decided the executive is his Lord 

Hey must get out of the road for the blue lights

They reached deep in their pockets 

To form political parties and decorate old ones

For he doesnt understand political party systems
